Mental health comprises our emotional, psychological and social well being. It affects how we feel, think and act. It also determines our ability to handle stress. Hence, it is very important at every stage of life.
However, it's still an unspoken subject owing to the stigma attached to it.
To help create awareness around mental health issues, Wings was invited to give a lecture on Mental health at prestigious MET INSTITUTE. Grateful for the opportunity to interact with young minds and impress upon the importance of mental health issues as well as the stigma surrounding it.

Sharing stories of two such women.

Mrs N P from pune was in a toxic relationship. She lost confidence in herself and self loathing became her second nature till she contacted us and rediscovered her strength.

Ms S M from Mumbai was a silent sufferer of workplace exploitation. Coming from a village, she was teased for her accent and dressing style. She had almost decided to leave her work and shift back before she approached us. Working with kids and their parents for a long time has made be aware that every child is unique and has immense potential.
But many times this get crowded by emotions.
Emotions related to studies, friends, relationships, family etc and the list goes on.
As kids they don’t know how to tackle that and as parents we don’t know how to understand what’s wrong with our kids. This has become more evident in the present covid time.
