Don't eat with someone like husband or mom etc. Take your separate plate, so that you know how much you're eating & can control yourself accordingly

Never eat thoda thoda of everything. If often causes overloading of calories instead choose 1 item & enjoy it in moderation

May kuch nahi khaungi/ khaunga from buffet because diet chal raha hai.
No please don't do that. Infact you'll need up eating more. This is psychological, the more you control the more you end up eating that food.
Might as well, check the food items available in buffet, fill you tummy majority with healthy food 1st. Then pick anyone 1 junk food of your choice & eat it in moderation

This is how you can have these Superfoods to reduce HbA1c

1) METHI SEEDS: You can start with 1/2 tsp of methi seeds & gradually increase the portion size to 1 tablespoon as per tolerance. Methi seeds are heated in nature, so if you're not able to tolerate small dosage, then avid having it. Soak methi seeds overnight in a cup of water & have it empty stomach the next day. You can not eat methi seeds, and then you can add these seeds to your food preparation

2) CINNAMON: You can start cinnamon powder with 1 teaspoon. You can increase its dosage to 2 teaspoons for better results. Cinnamon powder can be added to teaspoon preparation, or you can have it with a water empty stomach.

3) JAMUN SEEDS POWDER :- 10 grams of jamun seeds powder helps in reducing HbA1c. You can mix the powder in a glass of water & have it empty stomach. Start with low dosage & check if you're able to tolerate it.

4) BLACK CUMIN SEEDS (KALONJI SEEDS): 2-5 grams per day of kalonji seeds powder helps in reducing HbA1c You can have it with water empty stomach or use it in food preparations.

5) Oats:- Quantity of oats to have depends to total caloric requirement for the day
Though you can have 1 serving 30 grams of oats. Replace those many calories with other foods. If you have it with bran it helps in better sugar control

1) Rusk prepared using whole wheat or multi grain atta is not healthy as the quality of fat used for its preparation is not good for overall health. Instead, you can have kadak roti or khakhra wherein the quality & quantity of fat can be controlled

2) Adding protein rich food to your breakfast preparation like veg poha or veg upma or veg chilla & dinner preparation like paneer veg biryani helps in giving satiety, thereby controlling fat deposition

3) Iodine deficiency is prevalent in hypothyroidism. Just by adding iodised salt to your diet, it helps in significantly reducing the deficiency, thereby helping managing hypothyroidism

4) There is no harm having dhania water, but there are no substantial studies stating it to help in hypothyroidism. Instead brazilnut which is a good source of selenium, helps in correcting selenium deficiency in hypothyroidism thereby reducing TSH levels

All maida containing foods like majority of bakery products, high fatty foods or fried foods, foods containing dalda or margarine, aerated drinks, high sugar containing drinks, outside food (street or hotel foods) prepared using high amount of butter or oil, inspite of having foods prepare using oil or Ghee adding fatty spreads to salads, ready to noodles.
