As a woman we play many roles , we multitask, we juggle our homes our kids our work and our passions and if anyone could do it it’s us Alhumdulillah .. but somewhere along the line we let that child inside us leave us we feel surrounded by responsibilities dead lines and expectations there’s no room for that child that little girl .. but let this woman’s day be a reminder that it is her who keeps you young glowing dreaming and winning .. let her live and thrive always .. happy woman’s day my beautiful tribe ❤️❤️A special prayer for the women in Palestine whether girls or mothers who strive on to survive .. we see you we cry with you and we pray for you 🤲❤️

Happy days fly by while tough times seem to crawl .. we look back at a year which tried us sometimes scared us maybe even shook us but we hold gratitude in our hearts that in the end it gave us so much to be thankful for .. more than we deserved or could have asked for ourselves .. good health is something we take for granted untill we don’t have it .. the same for good skin .. let’s make a resolution this year to not do that .. to make an effort, an effort at self care, self love and self preservation cause what is love if not making efforts .. 6 days in wishing a happy new year to our dearest insta family ❤️in shaa Allah let’s make this year count !!

It’s my birthday !!
I feel blessed to have walked His magnificent Earth one more year .. for me growing a year older has never been depressing cause I measure my age by milestones important to me that I have achieved and the various roles I have got to play in the years spent .. i pray to Allah on this day to keep me in His list of favourite people allowing me to spread love light healing and happiness in all the lives I touch ❤️

Ramzaan is here .. so is the heat .. so are the delayed sports festivals in some schools due to covid .. how can we manage all these things and yet keep our skin hydrated and glowing .. Drink atleast two liters of water from iftiari to Sehri .flavoured water makes it easier to have even more .
Eat potassium rich food for Sehri.
Avoid fried items and aerated drinks .
Try for a balanced colourful plate of food in the hours you can eat .
Continue your aloe Vera gel / moisturiser and sunscreen usage religiously .
Faith will do the rest !!
Hoping all those fasting and those who cannot have a blessed month and retain or even increase your glow by Eid !!
