My journey in the health industry started with Basics in Nutrition at Sophia College, Basics in Fitness Nutrition at Nirmala Niketan College.

Moving further I got certified as a Personal Trainer by ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) and a Fitness Nutritionist by ISS (International Sports Science Association).

Finally culminated by study by specializing in Weight Management from a Chester University in UK, with a P.G. Diploma in the same.

I am also a qualified Pre & Post Pregnancy nutrition advisor.
