Today’s transformation is of Husain a businessman residing in Mumbai. He reached out to us with a concern about his weight gain. He was struggling to lose even a kilo before joining us. He set a goal for himself to get in shape.

Mail challenge was Hussain, he used to go to a lot of outside business meetings. As a weight-loss expert I have planned different variety of meals according to his likes and dislikes. Also I gave him a lot of outside meal options as being into sales, he used to go out frequently and consume junk.

Weight loss is not just a physical, but also a mental concern , so if you are suffering from a very busy schedule, it becomes very difficult to lose weight.
