Covid19 Immunoboosting protocol as per Ayurveda

1. Chywanprash 1tbl spoon twice (Diabetics should opt for sugar free version or other sources of Vit C)
2. Tab. Guduchi/ Sanshamani vati
1 -- 1 after meals.
3. Ayush kadha twice with water.
4. Mhasudarshan kadha 10ml twice with equal water. (For mild to moderate fever)
5. Turmeric milk every night.
6. Drink sufficient water continuously throughout the day. (Approx 3.5L per day @ of 300ml per hour in sips.)
7. Early morning sunlight (if possible) or else herbal Vit D options are available.
8. Enough protein diet everyday. (Total 2 bowls of Dal + 1 glass Milk daily for vegetarians)
9. Make sure you get 8 hours of sleep every night.
10. Gargle with salt water or luke warm water twice a day to clear your throat out.
11. 10-15 mins of Kapal bhati followed by Jal-neti with luke warm water twice in a day can get rid of virus in the nostrils itself (if any).
12. Twice a day try and hold your breath for 35-40 seconds or more.
It's a quick way to check the health of your lungs.

Remember while one has to take necessary precations to avoid covid19, Building immunity gives you a better & quicker chance of recovery god forbid if you are hit by it.

TIME MANAGEMENT = RELAXED MIND

How you should divide the day (in approx timings) to keep your mind relaxed during lockdown.
Sequence as per your convenience.

• 25%* day in creative entertainment eg. Cooking, Reading, Music, Drawing, Art, Exercise, Dance etc...
• 25%* day in television & Amazon prime, Netflix etc...
• 25%* in communication phone, video calls, family chitchat or otherwise.
• 25%* in night sleep. (8hrs)

Note: Pls avoid reading negative posts on social media & watch news only once per day if necessary.

A few lifestyle instructions to keep you healthy.
(Especially in lockdown)

A】Food
(Avoid stale food)
Eat time to time in small portions. Should include fibres as well as enough protein & carbohydrates. Try not to deviate from or change your eating timings that you usually follow in work routine.
B】Water
3 & 1/2 litres/day in sips. Approx 1 litre in 4 hours.
C】Exercise
Yoga & pranayama or any other form that suits you 3 times a day for 10-15 mins. (Avoid exercising in long sessions)
D】 Sleep
8 hours of night sleep. Avoid sleeping during the day.
