It was the day where the merchants were using Manual & Semi automatic mechanical scales for weighing diamond & jewelry where concept selling was promoted by Mr. Shah to replace mechanical scales into electronic. And today CITIZEN name is quite popular in diamond market all over India. The company is engaged in promoting high accuracy balances since 1989 started with diamond scale marketing. We slowly diversified into jewelry market and laboratory in Mumbai. Simultaneously the company opened its branches at Surat & Bhavnagar in 1992. Now the company achieved the volume business and started appointing dealers in various towns in eastern India. Simultaneously in 1994 it has opened in Ahmedabad, Baroda, Pune & New Delhi. The company achieved the turnover on 70.00 Lacs per annum now and had separate service department first of its kind in India for servicing all type of Jewelry, Diamond & Laboratory balances with two engineers trained abroad in two top company in the world.
