The symptoms experienced during and following the menopausal transition vary substantially from person to person. Some have few if any symptoms. For others, symptoms can be severe and affect daily activities and quality of life. Some can experience symptoms for several years.
Studies have found that yoga can help with menopausal symptoms, including hot flashes, sleep quality, and stress. Yoga can also improve the quality of life and reduce anxiety and depression.

Kegel exercises, also called pelvic floor exercises, help strengthen the muscles, tissues and ligaments stretching from the p***c bone in front to the read end of the spine in back. It functions like a hammock to support the uterus, bladder, intestines and bowels. Kegel exercises also help strengthen vaginal muscles.
Pregnant women who perform Kegel exercises often find they have an easier birth. Strengthening the pelvic floor muscles during pregnancy can help you develop the ability to control your muscles during labor and delivery.
Kegel exercises are also recommended after pregnancy to promote perineal healing, regain bladder control, and strengthen pelvic floor muscles. 
The best thing about Kegel exercises is that they can be done anywhere, and no one knows you’re doing them.
