Your state of being is a frequency. Tune it consciously.

Pause. Breathe. Notice your thoughts.

The energy you carry shapes your focus, your day, and even the people around you.

What vibration are you bringing into today?

Technology and Mental Health: A Double-Edged Tool

We are the most digitally connected generation in human history.

Yet loneliness is emerging as a global concern.

According to the World Health Organization, roughly one in six people worldwide experiences loneliness, making social disconnection an increasingly important public-health issue.

Technology — especially social media platforms and artificial intelligence systems — is beginning to reveal itself as a double-edged tool for mental well-being.

It connects us.
It informs us.
It entertains us.

But it can also overwhelm us.

A major study by the Pew Research Center found that 45 percent of teenagers say they spend too much time on social media, and many report feeling pressure to present an idealized version of their lives online.

Yet the same study also found that 74 percent say social media helps them feel more connected to their friends.

Connection and comparison now coexist in the same digital space.

Research published in the Journal of the American Medical Association Network Open, part of the journals of the American Medical Association, found that when young adults reduced their social media use even briefly, symptoms of depression and anxiety declined significantly.

But the conversation is no longer limited to social media.

Artificial intelligence is becoming the next frontier of emotional interaction.

Millions of people now interact with artificial intelligence systems not only for productivity or information, but also for conversation, reflection, and emotional expression.

Emerging research analyzing large groups of users suggests that very frequent interaction with artificial intelligence chat systems may be associated with higher reported levels of depressive symptoms and irritability.

At the same time, researchers emphasize that the direction of this relationship is still being studied.

It is not yet clear whether excessive interaction with artificial intelligence contributes to emotional distress…

or whether individuals who are already feeling lonely or overwhelmed are simply more likely to turn to artificial intelligence systems for conversation and support.

Interestingly, some early trials of artificial intelligence-based mental-health tools are also showing positive outcomes in reducing anxiety and improving access to emotional support.

Which brings us back to an important realization.

Technology itself is not inherently harmful.

But our relationship with technology might be.

Perhaps the real question for our generation is not:

Is technology good or bad for mental health?

The real question may be:

Can we design and use technology in ways that strengthen human connection rather than slowly replacing it?

Curious to hear your thoughts:

Has technology made you feel more connected — or more overwhelmed?

She celebrates herself—boldly, beautifully, unapologetically. ✨🌿
Today isn’t about waiting to be seen; it’s about the power of seeing yourself. Choosing yourself, in your own way and on your own terms. 💛
To every woman holding space for herself today: I see you.

HER STORY: Written in Fire & Wit

Cinema has given us unforgettable women.

Women who question power.Women who refuse to shrink.Women who claim their place in the story.

Performances by Pannu, Chopra, Mukerji, and Koechlin remind us what courage can look like on screen — fierce, articulate, and unapologetically strong.

On screen, these women are written as the main character.

But real life is rarely scripted that way.

In the real world, many women are still negotiating space, voice, and respect — quietly navigating expectations, biases, and invisible battles.

Yet every day, in homes, workplaces, courtrooms, newsrooms, and streets, women continue to write their own stories.

Not always loudly. Not always dramatically. But with resilience, dignity, and quiet fire.

Because strength is not only the dialogue delivered under bright lights.

Sometimes strength is simply this:Refusing to disappear from your own story.

To every woman writing her story — with fire, wit, courage, and grace — this day is yours.

Happy International Women’s Day.

Her Story: Written in Fire & Wit.
Cinema has always been a mirror to society, but these characters did something more—they shattered the glass.
Strength isn’t a single note; it’s a symphony. Looking at these iconic roles, we see that “power” wears many uniforms: it’s in the grit of an athlete, the precision of a pilot, the relentless search for truth by a journalist, and the fierce protection of a mother.
From the board of resilience:
• The Truth-Seekers: Like Vidya Balan and Shefali Shah, who know that facts don’t need a hero—they just need a voice.
• The Rule-Breakers: Like Taapsee Pannu and Kangana Ranaut, who see “glass ceilings” only as things to fly over or break through.
• The Defenders: Like Rani Mukerji and Alia Bhatt, who challenge systems that forget the human element.
• The Warriors: Like Priyanka Chopra and Katrina Kaif, whose bruises are badges of an intact dignity.
These stories remind us that leadership isn’t just about the title you hold; it’s about the “Fire” you bring to your truth and the “Wit” you use to navigate a world that sometimes tries to keep you small.
This , let’s celebrate the women who are writing their own scripts—unapologetically and with distinction.
Which of these “Fire & Wit” lines resonates with your own professional journey? Or is there a role that changed how you see leadership?
A special shout-out to the women who brought these characters to life with such power:
Chopra Jonas, Shah, and Pannu — thank you for showing us that dignity and strength are non-negotiable.

Every year, as International Women’s Day approaches, the world prepares to celebrate women.

Everything slowly turns pink and red.
Flowers appear. Campaigns multiply.
Brands, corporates, and social media feeds fill up with messages about empowerment, equality, and celebrating women.

The applause grows louder every year.

Yet somewhere at the grassroots, women might simply want to be seen and heard.

Women today are not seeking applause or attention.
They are seeking respect and dignity in their everyday lives.

Let International Women’s Day be more than a one-day campaign.
Let respect for women live in our everyday behaviour — at work, at home, and everywhere in between.

Life does not test what you have achieved. It tests what you have become.

There will always come a moment when your titles, your success, your knowledge and your plans cannot stand in for you. In that moment, only your character speaks.

We spend years building a life on the outside.
But life quietly builds us on the inside.

Character is built in the moments when life does not go your way.

And that is the only wealth that stays.

“Better to be lost than to follow a map made by tourists.”

Advice is easy when it comes from the surface.
Clarity is born only in depth.

Many voices speak from their own lens,
without taking the time to meet you where you are.

So I choose to move gently, question deeply,
and remain loyal to my inner compass—
even when the path is uncertain,
even when it feels solitary.

From “primordial grunts” to “inner therapists”—how much feeling is too much? 💭
I’ve been thinking about this article by Santosh Desai. While over-analyzing can keep us stuck, I don’t think the solution is going back to silence.
The truth is: Complexity requires vocabulary. 🗺️ We live in a world of infinite choices, and we need words to navigate them.
Instead of choosing between “feeling” and “doing,” I’m leaning into Integration:
✨ Naming isn’t nurturing a weakness; it’s identifying a variable.
✨ Precision over paralysis—naming the feeling so we can move through it faster.
✨ Breaking the cycle—avoiding the “cost of silence” that previous generations had to pay.
It’s not about being lost in a maze of ourselves; it’s about having the right map so that when we act, we do it with honesty and heart. ❤️‍🩹

Navigating Trust: From Innocence to Awareness- True awareness isn’t about building walls; it is about cultivating discernment. When trust is shaken, we don’t have to become bitter—we can choose to become more intentional. This reflection explores how to maintain a soft heart while establishing strong boundaries, and why radical transparency is the essential foundation for any lasting personal or professional partnership.
