Once there was a heart that had been hurt badly.
It learned to be quiet, careful, and strong.

One day, that heart noticed small things again—
warm sunlight, soft music, safe laughter.
Nothing dramatic. Just peaceful.

The past didn’t vanish, but it stopped shouting.
And slowly, joy returned…
