🕰 KAAL – The Ayurvedic Body Clock 🌿

Did you know your body follows a natural rhythm throughout the day? 🌞🌙
Ayurveda calls this Kaal – a daily cycle ruled by the 3 energies: Vata, Pitta & Kapha.

Here’s how it works:

🧊 Kapha Time (6–10 AM & 6–10 PM):
Your body feels heavy and slow.
✅ Best time for exercise in the morning and relaxing in the evening.

🔥 Pitta Time (10 AM–2 PM & 10 PM–2 AM):
Your digestive fire is strongest.
✅ Best time to eat your main meal (lunch). At night, your body repairs itself – so sleep early!

💨 Vata Time (2–6 PM & 2–6 AM):
Your mind is active and alert.
✅ Great time for creative work in the afternoon and meditation in the early morning.

✨ Why it matters?
When you follow this natural rhythm, your digestion improves, your mind stays calm, and your energy stays balanced.

You know, research shows that nearly 1 in 4 households worldwide includes someone suffering from chronic headaches or migraines, significantly affecting daily life and productivity.

Headache is often a sign of imbalance in the body and mind, commonly triggered by stress, digestive issues, or heat imbalances in Ayurveda.

Though headaches can have many causes, Ayurveda offers a natural and holistic way to manage and prevent them by addressing the root cause, rather than just masking symptoms with painkillers.

Therefore, Dr. Jaina recommends the use of Headachecare Capsules for anyone suffering from frequent headaches, migraines, tension-type headaches, or neuralgia. This Ayurvedic formulation works by calming the nervous system, balancing Pitta (heat) in the body, and improving circulation to the head.

Along with these capsules, here are some simple yet powerful Ayurvedic tips to reduce headache frequency and intensity:

• Avoid spicy, oily, and heavy foods that increase Pitta.
• Apply sandalwood and rose water paste on the forehead to cool the head.
• Practice calming Pranayama like Sheetali and Sitkari to reduce heat and stress.
• Use warm sesame oil for gentle head massage to improve circulation.
• Sip coriander and cumin seed water to aid digestion and prevent headaches.
• Include calming herbs like Jatamansi and Yashtimadhu for mental clarity.
• Maintain a regular sleep cycle and avoid daytime naps to balance doshas.

🌿 PRAKRITI – Your Ayurvedic Blueprint

In Ayurveda, Prakriti is your unique mind-body constitution, shaped by the balance of Vata, Pitta, and Kapha at birth. It influences how you digest food, process emotions, react to stress, and maintain health.

✨ Vata: Creative, light, energetic — but prone to anxiety and irregularity when imbalanced
🔥 Pitta: Sharp, intense, focused — may experience heat, anger, or inflammation
💧 Kapha: Calm, stable, nurturing — but can feel heavy or sluggish if out of balance

Most of us are a blend of two doshas, while some are beautifully balanced in all three.

Knowing your Prakriti helps you align your diet, lifestyle, and healing practices to live in harmony with your true nature.

🌸 Live by your nature. Heal by your essence.

Did you know..??

An estimated 60% of men and 50% of women face noticeable hair thinning or hair loss at some point in their lives — making hair health a universal concern!

According to Ayurveda, Keshas (hair) are a reflection of inner health and a by-product (Upadhatu) of Asthi Dhatu (bone tissue). Hair is primarily governed by Vata and Pitta doshas — and any imbalance in these can lead to hair fall, premature graying, thinning, or scalp issues.

Common triggers for dosha imbalances include:
• Chronic stress & emotional disturbances
• Poor digestive fire (Agni)
• Irregular sleep and late nights
• Spicy, sour, or processed foods
• Use of harsh chemical-laden products

To address these concerns holistically, Dr. Jaina has designed a comprehensive Hair Wellness Program — a result-oriented Ayurvedic protocol that targets the root cause of hair issues.

This program includes:
• Internal Ayurvedic medicines (like HairCARE Capsules) to nourish from within
• External applications like oils and lepas for scalp health
• A customized Ayurvedic diet & lifestyle plan for sustained results

It’s not just about reducing hair fall — it’s about restoring balance, improving scalp vitality, and promoting strong, shiny, and healthy hair—naturally!

for :
• Weekly scalp massage with Bhringraj or Brahmi oil
• Start your mornings with Amla or Triphala juice
• Practice Sh*tali Pranayama and stress-relieving yoga daily

Healthy hair begins at the roots — both physical & energetic.

AYURVEDA = Ayu (Life) + Veda (Knowledge)
Literally translated as the “Science of Life,” Ayurveda is one of the world’s oldest holistic healing systems — a gift from ancient India to the world.

Origin & History:
Rooted in the Vedic texts, Ayurveda dates back over 5,000 years. It was developed by sages who observed the interconnection between the body, mind, spirit, and environment. These observations were recorded in scriptures such as the Charaka Samhita, Sushruta Samhita, and Ashtanga Hridaya, forming the foundation of Ayurvedic medicine.

Philosophy:
Ayurveda teaches that health is the balanced integration of:
• Body (Sharira)
• Mind (Manas)
• Soul (Atma)
• Senses (Indriyas)

It emphasizes living in harmony with nature’s rhythms and focuses on prevention, personalized diet, daily routines, herbal treatments, and mind-body practices like yoga, meditation, and detox therapies (Panchakarma).

Core Principle:
Every individual is unique — Ayurveda identifies your natural body constitution (Dosha) as either Vata, Pitta, or Kapha, and guides you on how to maintain balance.

In today’s world, Ayurveda is more relevant than ever — guiding us back to balance, simplicity, and natural well-being.

Did you know..??

Worldwide, there are approximately one and a half billion people, or about twenty percent of the population, living with some hearing loss and about half a million with complete hearing loss.

Shravanendriya meaning ear is an organ belonging to the Aakasha Mahabhuta (ether / space element) & is related to the Vata dosha. Hence, imbalance of Vata dosha is the lead cause of Ear ailments.

The most common reasons for vata aggravation in the ear channels is from excess loud noises, strenuous activity, excess cold, dry and astringent foods, and exposing the ears to cold windy or damp weather.

Therefore it’s important to promote, protect & prevent ear related concerns, by balancing & nourishing the Vata dosha.

Therefore, Dr.Jaina had curated a special “Ear Wellness Program” for all, which consists of advanced Ayurvedic medicines and a special Ayurvedic diet & lifestyle plan for the same, to aid your digestive fire naturally & keep you in safe & sound, as your sound sensory is absolutely crucial for a good & independent living.

Easy tips & tricks to aid hearing naturally:

It is also advised to follow Ayurveda-recommended Dincharya (daily routine) and engage in moderate exercises like Yoga & Pranayama to ensure overall well-being.

Stay healthy naturally with Ayurveda!

Ayurveda believes every disease begins from your stomach.

When your agni (digestive fire) burns brightly, your body is best able to extract nutrients and expel wastes from the foods you eat. When your agni is compromised, you may experience uncomfortable digestive issues like occasional heartburn, constipation, gas, diarrhea, bloating, and so on.

That’s why strengthening, and maintaining, good digestion is one of the key aims of Ayurveda.

Therefore, we are up with this Digestion Wellness Program to aid the digestive fire naturally, because on maintenance of Agni depends the maintenance of life-span and strength.

Do you have any digestion related problems?

Mama as per Ayurveda means “Mind”.
There are 3 gunas (qualities) of mana:
1) Sattva (Intelligence)
2) Raja (Action)
3) Tama (Inertia)

Sattva, Raja, and Tama Gunas of mind are related to Pitta, Vata and Kapha Dosha respectively; of which first is the quality of mind, whereas the rest two are the Doshas of mind.

Understanding the concept of mind is important because balanced state of mind is the ultimate source of health. Do you second that?
