In a basic level of corona, people face symptoms of cold, cough or throat pain just like the regular cold and cough. Yoga has a technique to deal with it at early stage. It is called Jal kriya.

With corona cases increasing day by day, preventive measures are need of the hour.
We wear a mask to protect ourselves from these germs.

Yoga has ways to deal with germs too.
Jal Kriya!
It is a simple technique of Vyut Krama therapy followed by Kapal Bhati.
All you need is a glass of warm water, salt and desire to do it.
It's highly advisable for people who have to go out of their homes or are around infected patients or people who have just regular cough.

Cat's spine is very flexible. To improve your spine's flexibility you can practice cat pose.
Cat pose is called as Marjar asana.
It's recommended to all who have back pain.
People who have knee, shoulder or wrist pain, please be careful.
If you have severe pain in your spine, be careful.
There are other variations of Marjar asana. Look for it in the future videos.

Marger asana also known as cat pose increases spin flexibility. Watch and learn!

Special information we know that corona viras remains in throat for 4 days.
So yoga have great answer to clear it out.

Jivha mool shodhan

In the morning empty stomach make 3 to 4 glass drinking water warm and add salt to it.
Drink that water. Not sip by sip like taking taste of tea but little faster. Let it be remain in stomch for 4- 5 minutes.

Rub first two fingers in the root of the tongue or thumb on root of palet in ur mouth.
You get vomitting sensation, do vomitting.
Sticky things from throat, food pipe and stomach will come out.
This also helps in common cough, cold, eaching throat.

For peace of mind one needs to follow Yama and niyama of mahrshi patanjali.
Asteya means non stealing is 3rd Yama.
Other's things you consider as your own.

In a childhood we copy the answers from guide and then submit.
Others works for the project and we submit as done by us.
Push the boundaries of home in absence of neighbor.
Reaching late then commitment.
Reading newspaper/ books of other's without their permission.
These are small small examples, we hardly think while doing.
This creates stress in our mind.
