We’re seeing more and more young people in their 20s coming in with knee pain, leg discomfort, or tingling and burning sensations in their feet.

While it’s easy to assume it’s a joint or muscle issue, sometimes the cause can be low vitamin levels, especially Vitamin D3 and B12.

Getting these levels checked and addressing deficiencies with the right guidance can often make a big difference in managing these symptoms.

If you’re dealing with stiffness or mild discomfort, this is a simple movement you can try at home.

The goal isn’t to push through pain, it’s to improve mobility gradually and build confidence in movement.
Start slow, stay controlled, and focus on quality over speed.

Consistency over a few weeks often makes a bigger difference than doing too much in one day.

If symptoms persist or worsen, a proper assessment is always recommended.

Between patients, assessments, and rehab plans…
there’s also content to be made 😅

Balancing real clinical work with telling our story, the struggle of running a clinic and creating content is very real.

Jaw pain, clicking, or difficulty opening your mouth could be signs of TMJ dysfunction.

With the right assessment and physiotherapy, symptoms can be managed effectively, often without invasive treatment.

Early care helps restore comfort and everyday function.

Return-to-sport after an ACL injury isn’t about time — it’s about readiness.

Here, Dr. Rhea demonstrates some of the return-to-sport tests we use before allowing jogging, to assess strength, control, and confidence, including:
• Quad muscle symmetry
• Repeated vertical hop
• Repeated forward hop
• Single-leg calf raise
• Single-leg squat
• Single-leg bridge

Because safe progress matters more than quick progress.

Slip disc” is one of the most commonly misused terms in spine care.
Not every back pain means a disc has slipped and not every disc issue needs fear or rest.

With the right assessment and physiotherapy, most people can move better, manage pain, and return to daily activities safely.
Early guidance makes all the difference.

If back pain is affecting your routine, speak to a physiotherapist.
DM us to book an assessment.
