A 29 yr old male patient k/c/o type 2 diabetes since 4 yrs had come with sugars fasting - 438, post lunch - 691, Hba1c more than 14. Fortunately he was not in diabetic ketoacidosis or going through any other secondary complications. Just within 12 days I could bring down the sugars upto ,fasting - 168, and post lunch - 177.(without hospitalisation). Wishing him Gud health 😊
