About reiki therapy:
Reiki is a Japanese Traditional Natural Healing method. It is a Deep-Relaxation therapy that also facilitates healing. Reiki is a very Gentle and Balancing Biofield Energy Therapy~

Reiki helps to bring about Balance in the Energy Centres (or 'Chakras') in our subtle body by removing any energy blockages in the chakras. It thus brings about Balance and Harmony in the subtle body-system through a free and balanced flow of the Universal Life Force Energy also known as 'Ki', or 'Prana'
which then facilitates self-healing. Thus reiki helps us to access our own innate healing abilities! Reiki has been used by people for its various beneficial effects:

★ for relaxation, stress reduction, and symptom relief, in efforts to improve overall health and well-being.

★ to seek relief from disease-related symptoms and from the side effects of conventional medical treatments.

★ by people with anxiety, chronic pain and other health conditions, as well as

★ even by people recovering from surgery or experiencing side effects from cancer treatments. Reiki complements mainstream medical therapies as it supports proper recovery, healing and a sense of wellbeing. Hence reiki therapy can be given along with any other Complementary & Alternative Medicine therapies and/or with Conventional Medical treatments. Reiki is reportedly being increasingly used in hospital settings too, as a complementary therapy along with conventional medical treatment, especially as a tool for pain relief and relaxation in trauma patients. The calming benefits of a Biofield Energy Therapy session have to be experienced to be appreciated! (Reiki comes under the category of 'Biofield energy therapies' which are included as a category of 'Complementary & Alternative Medicine' therapies (CAM therapies) in the USA.)
