Negative emotions may lead to a feeling of emptiness or an emotional void. Food is believed to be a way to fill that void and create a false feeling of “fullness” or temporary wholeness.
What you see is what you eat. Really. If you’re going to keep buying calorific treats, browsing food pics on Instagram and watching cooking shows, you’re subconsciously inducing visual hunger and cravings, making it that much harder for you to stick to a healthy food regime. It’s simple really - Ditch the temptations and you won’t crave the wrong foods.

National Cancer Awareness Day is celebrated in India today. The day is important, for it educates people about the serious threat that is cancer. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), cancer is the second-deadliest disease which causes death among people.
The condition of people dying by cancer is India is a serious threat to the nation. In 2018, 1.5 million people from India, died of cancer. Thus, to raise awareness about cancer, the day is observed on November 7.

- A woman dies of cervical cancer every eight minutes.
- To***co chewing has been directly linked to cancer, leading to most deaths in the year 2018.
- While male are prone to dying by cancer of oral cavity and lungs, women could die of breast cancer and oral cavity cancer

While it is advisable to undergo a screening to detect cancer, here are a few symptoms which might raise the alarm.
- Continous diarrhoea
- Consistent cough+cold and blood in saliva
- Unexplained anaemia
- Breast lumps
- Change in urination
- Blood in stool

National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA) launched Pilot on Trade Margin Rationalisation for 42 anti-cancer drugs. The initiative was taken to make the treatment affordable to the common man. Other therapies are:

Do you think Nutella is healthy or loaded with Nutrition???

My 2 New Diet clients has asked me same question can I have Nutella spread & people think it's healthy That is the reason I am making this post are you also making healthy options unhealthy by spreading so called Nutella on it??

Well if you check the ingredients its 56% Sugar and 30% Fat.

This fact is enough to take it off your eating list. It has little to no nutrition in it. In fact, it is so bad that parents should not even give it their kids or consume it themselves. When breakfast is made up of Nutella spread over white bread, it means priming the brain and body for a crash.

5 𝙍𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙎𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 𝘼𝙫𝙤𝙞𝙙 𝙉𝙪𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙖 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙚𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙮:

1. 2 Tsp of Nutella = 5 Tsp of Sugar

2. 30% PALM Oil

3. Just 13% Hazelnuts: Thinking that it is a nut spread, think again? It has only 13% of the nuts contained in it. Felt Cheated? So did we.

4. SUGAR + SUGAR, a perfect disaster: Most people eat Nutella with bread or a cookie, cakes, fruits or in form of shakes. Adding Nutella to an already high Carbohydrate and sugar-rich food makes it even worse, loading up with calories and Sugar is the reason for your increasing waistline and weight gain.

5. No Nutrition: 1 Tsp of Nutella don't have any calcium or Iron or any Vitamin for that matter. If you having Nutella thinking at least it has some nutrition, well it doesn't. (If you read the label there is no reference for Vitamin & Mineral)

Your body temperature is controlled by a part of your brain called the hypothalamus. It’s like a kind of thermostat - when you’re healthy, the hypothalamus sets your body to a normal temperature of about 37°C.
But when you’re sick with an infection, your immune system releases chemicals that make the hypothalamus reset your body to a higher temperature & you get fever... same Happened with me & was feeling loss of strength & weakness...felt like can I go go back to my normal routine of teaching zumba & Exercise to people...your body is your soulmate without healthy body Everything seems so shallow & meaningless in life...and people like us who works in Health & fitness industry for them it's so frustrating experience of weakness...
But Started practicing these Fantastic Poses & felt super energetic after that...for Instructor self practice is must...
That is one thing which gives enormous strength to take your Fitness classes with Higher Motivation...
