We are so excited to offer our first workshop by , in Leh, Ladakh in collaboration with a wonderful space
located at Changspa road, right behind Hotel Padmaling.
Juggling is a PLAYFUL MEDITATION, it was revered highly in ancient empires of EGYPT, CHINA, GREECE etc. From children, women, men to warriors, to many illustrations in pyramids, and then there are fascinating tales of JUGGLERS all over the civilisations across human history.

POSTPARTUM training for Shriya.
We started after approx 3 months of her delivery. And within a month; 12 sessions of training we undid a lot of wrong, as you can see in the picture.
Months of lying down, weakening of abdominal muscles along with everything else which happens during pregnancy; a miraculous but extraordinarily challenging phenomenon for women, Shriya was left with
-A Panda like GAIT
-Severe back & neck COMPRESSION ; resulting in PAIN
-SAGGING shoulders
-Very WEAK ABDOMINAL muscles -Hardly any stamina
-Hypermobility & resultant onset of KNOCKED KNEES
-Onset of OBESITY, after initial weight loss after delivery.
-Hardly any STRENGTH to hold a plank or STAMINA to jog.
-Loss of MOBILITY to deep squat.
-Overall severe DYSFUNCTION in the whole body.
NOW, in her ongoing 3rd month of training we are almost back to the pre-pregnancy levels of fitness. The weight is still fluctuating, given she is still going through a lot of sporadic harmonal changes.
But endurance & over all athleticism is on a steady rise.
Whether it is postpartum, age related weakness, a medical condition from birth, physical or mental trauma causing DYSFUNCTION & weakening of body. Or just everyday pursuit of ATHLETICISM, BIO-MECHANICALLY ALIGNED TRAINING is your best bet. That's the face of a CALMER-more harmonised & self trusting, healing NERVOUS SYSTEM,
and ofcourse HEALTHIER & FITTER human.
It has not even been SIX MONTHS !

From twisting her ankle in the warmup of the first session itself to turning it around within a month & then consistently getting better and better
is setting the example for everyone.
ALL ROUND PROGRESS
-SPATIAL AWARENESS
No more surprise bruises from unaware bumping into things, corners etc.
-SHED minimum 4-5Kgs
-Significantly LESS HYPERMOBILITY; a result of BIO-MECHANICS based training.
-No more KNOCKED-HYPERLOCKED KNEES while moving; which made her twist the ankle in a simple warmup exercise in the first session.
-FOOT ARCH has reappeared(no more flat footedness)
-Over all IMPROVED POSTURE while resting, standing and moving.
-BETTER-longer-easier SLEEPING

Form twisting her ankle in the warmup of the first session itself to turning it around within a month

has been an absolute inspiration,
Had never worked out before, & she started training with us only 40-45 days back, 16 sessions total and has already achieved so much.
-SPATIAL AWARENESS
