Psychotherapy works for the treatment of depression, and the benefits are substantial. In head-to-head comparisons, in which the short-term effects of psychotherapy and antidepressants are pitted against each other, psychotherapy works as well as medication. This is true regardless of how depressed the person is to begin with.
Psychotherapy looks even better when its long-term effectiveness is assessed. Formerly depressed patients are far more likely to relapse and become depressed again after treatment with antidepressants than they are after psychotherapy. As a result, psychotherapy is significantly more effective than medication when measured some time after treatment has ended, and the more time that has passed since the end of treatment, the larger the difference between drugs and psychotherapy.

Hot Cognition is an affect, which is automatic response coming directly from the core belief. A strong or a highly charged thought or idea that produces powerful emotional response.
Modifying the core belief causes significant change in the dysfunctional mode in a client.

Before you can WIN, you have to believe that you are WORTHY. Once you know you are WORTHY, it is all a easy game, like a river flowing towards the destination. It is because one doesn't 'get it', that he/she, really is, truly WORTHY, that make the goal achievement so damn difficult

Didn't realize that it was the same analytical mind which was the hindrance/an obstacle in the progress of creativity and consequent productivity.
For a change, don't analyze, don't calculate the iffs and buts, have a dream and feel it in your gut- it's real and happening. Believe it to be true and you have already started the wheels of bringing life to it

Youthfulness:
How you think and how you feel creates your state of being. For most, a person's entire state of being, as they Start their day is in the past. The familiar past will sooner or later be the predictable future.
When you wake up, meditate for few minutes and then
Start with an idea, create an idea from the unknown. Think about this idea, five times a day consciously. This will bring a change in your brain circuit for youthful postitivity.
Continue this for one week. Feel the change in your state of being.
