We love what we do, making a difference in smiles, teeth or otherwise! Just today, a dear friend needed dental advice, and she suggested I share it with everyone. So here are some *Smile Points to Remember*:

📍 Start your day by rinsing with warm water (with or without a pinch of salt)
📍 Clean your tongue, brush your teeth & lightly massage your gums
📍 Rinse well after every meal
📍 Prevent acidity side effects on teeth, keep your mouth hydrated with sips of water & enjoy cucumber, lemon water, or coconut water
📍 After lunch, clean teeth & gums with your fingers
📍 Stay well-hydrated throughout the day
📍 Don’t forget to floss & brush at night
📍 Visit your dentist at least once a year for a check-up
📍 Consider treatment to align your teeth for a beautiful smile & a good bite
