Palak Paratha Recipe:
🌿Boil spinach for 3-4 mins, then blend with onion, green chili, ginger, and garlic
🌿Mix the blended spinach with wheat flour, curd, malai, and spices to form a soft dough.
🌿Rest the dough for 15-20 mins.Divide dough into portions, roll into circles,
🌿Cook on a hot tava until golden brown spots appear on both sides.
