Today's session with a 65-year-old client diagnosed with ocular myasthenia gravis experienced the power of simple targeted relaxation techniques in eye yoga.

When he arrived, his right eye was nearly 98% closed due to this condition. Through specific, gentle exercises, we witnessed a significant opening by the end of his session! To support his continued comfort and progress, we've recommended uplifted massage to promote circulation, palming for deep relaxation, and the soothing effects of rose water compresses.
