Here’s a glimpse into Transform 360 – 14th Session ✨🌈

Are you suffering from cold, cough or sneezing in this winter season where the temperature keeps fluctuating and the pollution around us — construction dust and poor air quality — is making things worse? 🤧❄️
Here is a simple Dadi Maa ka Nuska, a quick and natural fix that many of us grew up having.

In this plate we have:
• Pipramul (long pepper)
• Dry ginger (saunth)
• Haldi
• Organic jaggery
• Homemade pure ghee

Step-by-step:
1️⃣ Take ghee in a pan and let it melt gently.
2️⃣ Slowly add jaggery. As the ghee heats, the jaggery will melt. Keep stirring and break any lumps.
Jaggery is rich in iron and helps increase resistance and immunity.
3️⃣ Once the jaggery melts, add haldi, dry ginger and pipramul.
4️⃣ Mix well on low flame until it forms a smooth paste. Add a little extra ghee only if needed.
5️⃣ Let it cool slightly and transfer it to a plate or tray.
6️⃣ Roll into small balls — one small ball is as effective as taking multiple medicines!
7️⃣ To make it as a drink, add a little warm milk and let the mixture melt nicely.

This drink or small ball can be taken anytime of the day, especially:
• Early morning with breakfast
• Before sleeping to reduce cough, cold and infection

A simple, effective desi remedy from our childhood — no fancy medicines, just the power of natural ingredients and Dadi Maa’s wisdom. 🌿💛
