It is going to be a very informative, and an experience of intense learning from scratch kind of workshop. There will be demo plus hands on learning over the two days of duration. Detailed recipe notes will be given with tips and tricks to get that perfect dish to satiate your palate.

975+ Ukadiche Modaks completed so far in Ganpati 2023.. Of which almost 400 frozen modaks were given to our esteemed clients across the city. This year we even gave frozen modaks to our client traveling to Nagpur (they took the frozen modaks along, through flight and road journey).. This is a new milestone achieved.. Bappa sure has bestowed his blessings on us, and thus we could achieve this humongous number in spite of some initial hiccups..!!

Thank you to everyone who has been ordering from us, been sharing honest reviews/feedback for us to improve ourselves each time.. You all have helped us pin a bigger benchmark, aim for newer unexplored heights, and target larger audiences for the next year. And we hope and aspire to achieve this!!

Hello All... I am a homechef and caterer based out of Ghatkopar West. I cater mainly for Pure Veg International Cuisines and one of my specialty is Mezze Platter. Having lived in the gulf and passion to always learn and make new dishes drove me to try my hands on Mediterranean Cuisine. It's been so many years and slowly have learnt, mastered and perfected this beautiful cuisine while learning many trade secrets too!!
