First sound baths of the year are somehow very special, not because there’s a resolution to make but because deep down - there’s always an intention “to meet the self” somewhere.

Amidst the chaos, finding a sound that you resonates with - brings a deep sense of calm to the body!

Thank you for sharing this space with us intentionally 🙏🏻

Announcing the next sound bath very soon, stay tuned.

A singing bowl is a tool.
Sound isn’t.
The bowl is beautiful. Resonant. Ancient. But it’s still just an object.
Sound, however, is movement.
It’s a technique. A process. A flow of energy that moves through everything—your breath, your heartbeat, your thoughts, your emotions.
Sound is beyond perception. The way it reveals itself to you in this moment is unique to this moment. That experience doesn’t repeat. It can’t be captured. It just is.
And here’s what most people don’t realize:
Every sound creates silence.
Every bowl that rings also creates stillness within you.
That silence isn’t emptiness. It’s felt. It’s alive. It’s the gateway.
To experience silence, stillness is the way.
Sound is not the bowl. Sound is the movement it creates within you.
How do YOU define sound? Tell me in the comments.

You’ve seen singing bowls. Maybe you’ve even held one.

But do you know how to use it properly?

It’s not just about making a sound. It’s about how you strike it, where you place it, and what you do with the vibrations.

The way you play a singing bowl changes the entire experience - for yourself and for others.

In this video, I’ll show you the basics of using a singing bowl the right way.

Have you tried using a singing bowl before? Tell me about your experience in the comments.

I used to think silence was about being quiet. But it’s not. I feel, silence is a state experienced within which one can listen to what’s been always there.

When you sit in nature, without any agenda or distraction, something happens. The sounds around you start to speak.
Not literally. But they reflect back what we have been carrying.

If we are restless, we hear chaos.
If we are heavy, we hear pain like it’s foreign.
If we are yearning for peace, we hear it calling us home.

Nature doesn’t give you what you want.
It shows you what you need to see.

And sound?
Sound is the bridge between the two.
The external sounds - wind, water, birds, silence, become a conversation with your internal landscape.

This is why I keep returning to nature when I teach sound. Because the best healing doesn’t happen in a controlled room with perfect acoustics.

It happens when you when you reflect upon that which is seen, observed & witnessed.

The sounds are already speaking.
Are you listening?

You don’t get to bring everything.

Some things have to stay in 2025.

The version of you that kept pushing through pain. The belief that rest means weakness. The need to prove yourself. The fear that slowing down means losing.

What are you bringing into 2026?

Not what sounds good. What are you actually choosing to carry forward?

Comment below. One thing.

I’ll reply to every one. It’s already been over 10 days.
Let’s start this year with intention.

Have you ever wondered where singing bowls came from?

These aren’t just beautiful instruments. They carry centuries of tradition, craftsmanship, and healing wisdom.

From the mountains of Tibet and Nepal to the monasteries in Japan, the sound of the singing bowl was used to represent the beginning or the ending of religious activities or ceremonies.

The use of singing bowls as therapeutic and meditative tools is not ancient, but a concept very modern.

But their Indian history is more fascinating than you think. It is the use of the bell metal (Kansa/bronze) that makes the singing bowl a therapeutic tool. This metal balances the Pitta Prakruti, improves blood circulation, and releases the toxins in the body.

I am falling short of words to express how grateful I am for these days to unfold in the way they did. The work that we do asks nothing more than our willingness to surrender :)

Totally unplanned but had, had this thought once crossed my mind to have my teachers onboard. To have my students learn not just through me but through the very sources who shape me, even today.

And this year started with none other than Shilpa ji who in her simplest presence took us deep into an experience to connect with “our voice”(the internal sound). Her presence made a difference, added depth & grace to all the learnings that happen at Sound Healing India.

Some experiences do not announce themselves loudly. They simply arrive,
and leave us changed.

I saw those tears, those smiles and then those hugs - where all the non verbal exchanges took place..

From 2025 into 2026 ~ from the archives of Priyanka’s folder

Everyone said that 2025 was harsh. And perhaps, for many of us, it truly was.

Yet, if we pause and look back - to 2024, to 2023, or even further into our past - we may begin to see this year differently.

2025 did not arrive in isolation. It emerged as a reflection of all that we had already experienced, carried, believed, and perhaps left unacknowledged within us.

No one expects difficult times to enter their lives. Yet when they arrive, they move through our homes, our relationships, our bodies & our inner worlds.

And before they leave, they always offer something in return - sometimes pain & sufferings and sometimes perhaps, happiness!

As we stand at the threshold of 2026, it is essential to slow down and reflect upon what 2025 revealed to us.

To honour the lessons it brought, to release what no longer serves us and to make informed, conscious choices - for our emotional landscape and our overall well-being.

Before we move forward, we must first arrive within - to listen deeply and cut down the noises consciously!

As we step into 2026, may we do so with presence. Let this new year not be about rushing ahead, but about walking forward with what we have understood, integrated and embodied. When we choose to move from a place of inner listening and conscious stillness, our actions become aligned, our choices intentional, and our lives more rooted.

May 2026 be approached not as an escape from what was, but as a continuation shaped by clarity, responsibility and a deeper relationship with ourselves.

Happy New Year Everyone 💕

I walked into the room knowing I was meeting people who reminded me of myself at that age - 25, ambitious, driven, eager to grow and hungry for independence and freedom.

They were new joinees, standing at the beginning of their professional journeys. Full of energy. Full of expectations. And quietly carrying the pressure to have everything figured out.

As we spoke, I realised how often we are taught to chase growth without being taught how to sustain it.

So I shared what life has shown me - that growth is rarely linear. It does not move in a straight line. It deepens when the foundation is strong.

We spoke about health. About how easily it is ignored in the pursuit of success. And especially about sleep as necessity. Because mental clarity, emotional stability, and reduced anxiety do not come from pushing harder; they come from being well-rested.

What stayed with me was not just what I said, but what I witnessed - pauses, quiet nods, moments of recognition, and a collective sense of relief.

As I walked away, one thought stayed with me:
I wish I had a Priyanka Patel at that age - someone who could have helped me understand that taking care of myself was just as important as chasing success.

And perhaps that is why this work feels deeply personal.
