Lot of people who have never exercised in life struggle to be regular with workout. What is the easiest to be more interested in fitness?
* PICK AN ACTIVITY YOU ENJOY: As everyone’s mind work differently, it is important to choose an activity which one enjoys. It doesn't have to be conventional gymming nad treadmill . Can be anything like walks, dance, yoga, badminton, cricket, cycle etc
*FIND PEOPLE OR COMMUNITY GROUPS who are have same or higher level of interest in the activity. Leaps of improvement in performance is seen when an activity is done with a group vs solo.
*USE TECHNOLOGY: from using simple step counting watch to using strava like app can help one set goals and track progress. Numbers are biggest motivator for most people.
As one ages, body starts deteriorating working out then is NOT A CHOICE BUT NECESSITY.
How much one lives is not in their hands, but how well one does is!
