I was inspired to create this video today after observing two of my out-patient department patients arriving at the clinic wearing active wear. One individual was returning from corporate work, while the other was a student who had come from college. Is active wear a practical fashion choice for Mumbai's hot and humid climate? Certainly not. Why do people perceive it as acceptable to incorporate into their daily attire what athletes wear during competitive sports? Fashion should prioritize comfort, sustainability, and skin-friendliness.

Do not scrub or bleach or do any chemical treatments atleast for 1 week post festivities especially if you were out in the sun. Skin needs time to heal. Avoiding air pollution, by adopting greener fuels, walking and cycling instead of a car, wearing a mask, using air filters are some measures we can take. Most measures required are policy measures like limiting construction activities, supervision of these activities, avoid multiagency unplanned digging creating traffic snarls.
