The workshop "Humane Neurodevelopmental Care in the NICU" will focus on evidence-based therapeutic intervention programs in the NICU, providing participants with tools, methods, and improved critical problem-solving abilities. The human environment in the NICU, as well as the experience of all stakeholders, will be prioritized to provide optimal developmental care and neuroprotection. The workshop includes emotional awareness training as well as reflections to help participants better understand their relationships with themselves and others. The activities aim to provide crucial insights into how attitudes can be changed to improve personal resilience, develop an expanded understanding of others, and, eventually, increase motivation. It will involve group exercises as well as practical strategies for applying in your own context.
