Since we are indoors, we often forget to drink enough water. For the athletes who are training at their home, remember to sip water in between your workout. If you are not exercising for more than 60mins, then drinking only water will do. The heavy sweaters can drink lemonade, electrolyte drink post workout. But, most importantly hydrate yourself throughout the day.
