It was a privilege to be invited to St. Andrew's college , Bandra, Mumbai as a guest speaker on account of International Disability day, 3rd Dec for the event SWEEKAR-22.

Inclusion over discrimination of specially abled individuals is the real key. It's not disabled but differently abled. Every individual takes birth with some special gifted qualities.

When you are passionate about anything you just need to follow it, believe in it , work hard towards it and then you automatically excel in it.

Parkinson's disease is called 'movement disorder' that can cause tremor, slow movements, stiffness and hamper daily life of a person due to its impact on the brain.
Regular exercise can improve coordination, balance and mobility in patients with Parkinsons. It was delightful to see a happy face post exercise session.

A patient of lumbar Disc Herniation was advised surgery but we managed him with physiotherapy approach.
