What is the difference between phaco surgery and Robotic or laser cataract surgery...

These questions are very common these days with the plethora of information available nowadays.

Some steps of the surgery are handled by the femtosecond laser which are more precise and automated.

But at what cost? Is the cost justified?Does it translate to value addition?

well these are questions for another day another post.

For now I want to revel in the beauty of the surgical finesse acquired over the years, the perfect CCC optic overlap the strong rhexis edge and the perfect outcomes I strive to give in each case
