As a nutritionist, I can’t stress this enough: Hygiene is your first line of nutritional defense.

6 years ago, I said yes to something that scared me:
Starting my own practice.
No roadmap. No team. No “perfect time.”
Just a deep desire to help people feel better in their bodies. 🌱

The early days were messy— [Ps. they still are!]
Late nights, self-doubt, doing everything alone.
Learning how to be a nutritionist and a business owner.
It was overwhelming, humbling, and sometimes exhausting.

But you know what kept me going?
Every message that said,
"My periods are finally regular."
"My bloating is gone."
"I feel like myself again."

That’s when I knew:
This work matters.
And so does this journey.

6 years later, I’m still learning. Still growing.
Still choosing to show up—
Not because it’s easy, but because it’s worth it. 💛

To anyone starting something of their own—
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
Start with purpose. Be consistent. And trust your pace.
✨ The right people will find you.
