Orbital Decompression for Thyroid Eye Disease. This young lady travelled to us from abroad for a solution to her eye problem. We performed an orbital decompression to reposition the eyeball and reduce the projection of the eye. We perform eyelid recession in the same sitting for majority of our patients nowadays.
