Here are some meaningful New Year goals that our physiotherapist Dr Disha dedhia would suggest to their patients to promote recovery, fitness, and overall well-being:

1. Commit to Regular Exercise :
Set a realistic workout schedule based on your condition and goals (e.g., 3-4 times a week).
Include strength, flexibility, and balance exercises tailored to your needs.

2. Focus on Posture :
Practice maintaining good posture at work, while walking, and during daily activities.
Incorporate posture-improving exercises into your routine.

3. Improve Mobility :
Set goals for improving joint flexibility and range of motion.
Work on exercises that target specific mobility issues.

4. Stay Consistent with Therapy :
Attend all therapy sessions and follow your home exercise plan diligently.
Track progress to stay motivated.

5. Prioritize Pain Management :

Beat the Heat!!!!

During the scorching summer months, residents of Mulund East and volunteers of Sumati Jin Mandal - Mulund East have undertaken a heartening community initiative. Recognizing the critical need to stay hydrated and cool amidst the soaring temperatures, they have organised a daily program to distribute free buttermilk. The initiative is led by dedicated volunteers Laherchand Soni Satish Gala and team within the society who have taken charge of planning, coordinating, and executing the distribution.!!!

Super duper hit Mega event by Kutchi Medicos Association and Bidada Sarvodaya Trust!!!

Our community really works beyond boundaries and imagination for bringing such Mega event into a reality!!!

Such events are credited to generate precious moments of – “once-in-a-lifetime” experiences that contribute to shaping identity as well as meaningful and, most importantly, shared local, national, and global vision and narratives.
