📢 Did you know? Research indicates that individuals with diabetes may be at a higher risk of developing frozen shoulder. They could be up to twice as likely! However, it's important to note that the certainty in the evidence is currently moderate to low. 🧐

🤔 One theory that has emerged suggests that.. unmanaged blood sugar levels can affect collagen, a major protein that makes up your connective tissue. Collagen can become sticky if sugar molecules become attached, resulting in movement being restricted and the shoulder beginning to stiffen.

📢 "Frozen shoulder can limit your movements and activities! 😣 If you're dealing with this condition, here are the tasks that can be particularly challenging:

A) Grooming: From brushing your hair to shaving, simple grooming activities can become a struggle.

B) Dressing up: Putting on clothes, zipping up, and buttoning can be quite problematic with limited shoulder mobility.

C) Overhead Activities: Reaching for items on high shelves or performing overhead tasks like changing light bulbs might feel impossible.

D) Particularly: Other activities where you have to lift, reach, or rotate your arm may also be restricted.

It's essential to seek professional help if you're experiencing frozen shoulder to improve your range of motion and regain your strength.
