However extraction of a tooth would be the last resort if the tooth can be saved with any other treatment!

Why is it important to replace the missing
tooth/teeth at the earliest?
When a tooth is extracted or falls off, a space is created due to which the neighbouring teeth start tilting, upper teeth start drifting downwards, lower teeth start drifting upwards.
Eventually, this teeth position cause food lodgement,cavities, gum disease, resulting in more dental problems, and teeth loss..

A soft bristle toothbrush is highly recommended to avoid damage to the teeth and gums, ofcourse along with using the correct brushing technique and minimal pressure.
An electric toothbrush with a pressure sensor could be used.
