If you were born in the ‘80s or before, chances are we all share a common kulfi memory- the familiar jingle of Kulfi wala’s bell on his cycle cart. He’d pull out those creamiest matka kulfi, slice kulfi and one on the sticks which you’d be wanting to stuff your mouth with before it melts. Such treats were so far and few that they seem to have left a lasting flavour etched deep in our memories.
