Some people leave behind more than just memories — they leave behind little acts of love that stay with you forever.

My aunt was like a second mother to me while I was growing up in our big, bustling home. Among the many memories I carry, there’s one that always makes me smile.
As a child, I stopped eating chickoo after finding a worm in one once. Every year, during a family gathering with over 80 people, she quietly made sure to remove a huge bowl of fruit salad beofre downtown added chickoos in it — just so I wouldn’t have to worry and eat one of my favourite dishes as a kid.

That was her — love in the smallest details, care in ways no one else would even notice. I will miss her deeply, but I will always hold on to the comfort of knowing I was loved like that.

Breakfast Smoothie bowls to Beat the Summer Heat ☀️🍓🥭

Start your morning right with these refreshing, nutrient-packed smoothie bowl — perfect for sunny days and healthy cravings! I like to add bananas as the base sweetness. All you need is bananas, some other non sweet fruits like berries. Mangoes are already sweet so avoid adding the bananas. Add some toppings like coconut shavings, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, cacao nibs if you want it more chocolatey, some home made granola, some fruits, etc. Your smoothie bowl is ready.

It is super easy and fast to make that even your spouses and kids can make it.

You could choose to add some greens, yogurt, milk or your protein powder to the above, but personally I like it without them. Be experimental and figure out your own smoothie recipe.

Berry Smoothie 🫐

Recipe:
– 1/2 cup fresh / frozen mixed berries
– 1/2 banana

Your Heart, Your Health, Your Happiness ❤️

Standing on that stage, holding the mic, I felt deeply grateful for the opportunity to share something so close to my heart—literally and figuratively! 🫀🥰

In my talk on heart health, I spoke about how the smallest daily choices; of what we eat, how we move, and how we manage stress; can make the biggest difference.
The second slide captures just that: nourishing foods that fuel a strong, vibrant heart. Because real health isn’t about restrictions, but about abundance—of the right nutrients, habits, and love for ourselves.

Every positive impact that I am able to make in someone’s life, reminds me why I do this. It’s never just about knowledge; it’s about giving back, about inspiration, and the ripple effect of small changes leading to healthier lives.
