Appreciation letter from our Prime minister of India for vaccination drive.
Feels proud to serve the nation in such Pandemic.
It was a very heroic journey throughout and also a big opportunity as a medical health care person to serve the humanity.
Since the start and still working on for this noble cause makes me proud.
Seen ups and downs, sorrows and sufferings and also the positivity out of the people around.
It was the total effort of all that is making a better place for us to live in.
Thank you ji for such an appreciation.

Patient had a complain of pain in mouth

Had visited doctor earlier but the medicine could not help

On examination, found white patches that were scrapable and erythema present
The lesion was painful for the patient.
The lesion could be seen present all over mouth. In vestibules, on palate, even on the distal aspect of 3rd molar.
The lesion was suspected to be fungal infection

H/o:The patient have the habit of to***co chewing since 20 years.
The patient has been told to discontinue the habit

Tt:Medications were prescribed and recalled after 2 weeks. And a routine oral hygiene is asked to be maintained.

*The after picture shows that the white lesion is gone

Dispite of having telling the patient stop chewing to***co. The patient still do have the habit.

PS: the after picture is taken with flash so that appears brighter than the before one

Never neglect the complain of patients!

Patient walks in with c/o pain while mastication and something weird near the palate with respect to 2nd quadrant molar

On examination it was a small hole which was having a pus discharge on compression

iopa Showed a small root piece remnant of deciduous tooth

The root piece was then extracted!

Pls note the patient was already on ortho treatment elsewhere!
