ATM is a Quarterly ‘The Complete Health Wellness Magazine’ started with a desire of compiling the knowledge from Doctors throughout India and making it available to all the students and common people interested in Ayurveda. The first step was difficult with publication of only 10,000 copies and circulation in Mumbai but with gradual encouragement, support and suggestions from our readers now we have reached a mark of around 50,000 copies circulating well in all major cities of India and abroad. Along with it we have taken up the task of making people familiar with the basic principles of Ayurveda through our Yoga classes.
