Promoting health, awareness & care!

Under the initiative of , Doctors For You (DFY) is running 20 “ ” Patient Support Desks across India, including Safdarjung Hospital, Delhi , — the largest tertiary-level central govt. hospital in North India.

On 22nd Sept 2025, our at participated in the Swasth Nari Sashakt Parivar Abhiyaan (SNSPA). We distributed oral health kits to patients & caregivers, spreading awareness on the importance of oral health for overall well-being.

Doctors For You (DFY), with the support of HCLFoundation , responded to the rising Yamuna water levels in . Our teams reached out to communities with awareness sessions on health and hygiene, organized health camps to provide essential medical care, and distributed sanitary pads along with chlorine tablets and bleaching powder to support menstrual hygiene and safe water practices.

In total, these efforts reached 1,980 beneficiaries.

With the timely support of HCLFoundation, we were able to stand beside affected families and help them overcome this challenging time.

Launched in Slum Communities
With the support of HCLFoundation, Doctors For You (DFY) has launched Non-Communicable Disease (NCD) screening camps under the 1000 Days Project in Noida’s slum areas, starting from April.

These camps provide free screening for blood sugar, anaemia, blood pressure, and chest infections, along with chest X-rays for early diagnosis.

So far, we have reached 1,822 beneficiaries, enabling early detection and fostering healthier outcomes in underserved communities.

Our Story

Doctors For You (DFY) started as a platelet donation and awareness drive to manage the outbreak of Dengue, Leptospirosis and Malaria in Mumbai in 2007. Over the past 12 years, DFY has established itself as an organization with technical capacity to respond to different types of humanitarian crisis. The organization has been working in the field of general healthcare services, public health , emergency response and rehabilitation projects, training and capacity building programme and research studies . This team of committed individuals has reached out to communities affected by extreme poverty, disasters, neglect and years of injustice. Climate change has made the things much more challenging and we at Doctors for You are committed to realise overall development of communities whatever it may take. Currently DFY is working across 14 states in India. Organization has recently started a National Level warehouse exclusively for Disaster relief and Response across India situated at Patna, Bihar. The organization has vast experience of working in disasters and the major focus is to address the medical and public health and Nutritional needs of the affected population which includes provision of medical services; working on Sexual and Reproductive Health, Maternal, Infant and Child Health, IYCF in Emergency WATSAN Services and Nutritional Health etc. The functioning of Doctors For You is guided by a set of ethical values and guidelines. DFY functions on humanitarian principles of humanity, impartiality, and neutrality. It offers services and assistance to people based on need, irrespective of race, class, caste, religion and gender.
