“When you care for your mind, you care for your world.” 💯
On the occasion of World Mental Health Day, an engaging and joyful session was conducted for the support staffs of Carmel High School and PUC College by Ms. Elmy. The session was filled with laughter, learning, and lively activities, reminding everyone of the importance of self-care and taking time to relax both mind and body.

Through fun interactions and mindful moments, participants rediscovered the simple yet powerful ways to nurture their well-being. The day served as a beautiful reminder that caring for ourselves is the first step toward caring for others. 🩷

To mark World Mental Health Day, Don Bosco High School, Matunga, hosted a workshop on Self-Care and Work-Life Balance for teachers. The session focused on promoting mental well-being among educators through interactive activities and discussions. 👏🏻💯

Teachers participated in a burnout questionnaire to assess stress levels and engaged in practical exercises to explore self-care strategies such as time management, mindfulness, and setting healthy boundaries.

On the occasion of World Mental Health Day, a short and interactive session on “Understanding Mental Health” was conducted for the students of Grade 3 at St. Joseph’s High School, Panvel.

The session aimed to help children recognize the importance of caring for their minds just as they care for their bodies. Through simple discussions and engaging activities, students learned about identifying and expressing their feelings, being kind to themselves and others, and the value of sharing their emotions with trusted adults.
The session encouraged positivity, empathy, and self-awareness, leaving students with the key message — “A healthy mind is a happy mind.” 🌸✨

Students were briefed on the centre’s work and services, took part in a role-play activity, and learned about psychological assessments. 💭
