𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐚 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐞? 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭 𝘥𝘢𝘮𝘢𝘨𝘦.

It's not just the flames—it’s the smoke, the soot, and the unseen contaminants that silently seep into your critical systems.

While most think of fire recovery as demolition and rebuild, EPSCO India thinks differently.
We restore. We preserve. We protect.

👉 Because operational downtime is expensive.
👉 Because replacing infrastructure is wasteful.
👉 Because sustainability starts with smart decisions.

Let’s shift the conversation from rebuilding to resilience.
Is your business prepared for post-fire recovery the smarter way?

Asbestos built industries. But it also buried thousands under lifelong health hazards.
👉 India hasn’t banned asbestos — but compliance is non-negotiable.
Laws like the Factories Act, Environmental Protection Act, and BIS Quality Order are tightening the net.

🔍 Are you:
✅ Managing asbestos waste responsibly?
✅ Protecting your workers’ health?
✅ BIS-certified for legal trading?

If not, your license — and lives — are at risk.
At EPSCO India, we specialize in making industries asbestos-safe and law-compliant.

📞 Don’t wait for a legal notice or a tragedy.
Let’s build a safer, lawful future for your workforce.

Asbestos exposure is linked to life-threatening diseases like mesothelioma, asbestosis, and lung cancer, often surfacing decades after exposure.

While many countries have banned it outright, India is still in a transition phase. But the shift is gaining momentum.
✅ Safer alternatives exist
✅ Regulatory scrutiny is rising
✅ Early compliance means lower risk

At EPSCO India, we’re helping industries audit, remove, and replace asbestos safely and responsibly. Now’s the time to future-proof your infrastructure.

🏗️ A landmark moment for India’s environmental and occupational health sector:

The Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) has released the Draft Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for safe installation, dismantling, and disposal of asbestos roof and wall sheets.

🛡️ This SOP sets the stage for:

* Clear handling protocols
* BIS standard alignment (IS 11768 & IS 11769)
* Mandated use of TSDFs
* Occupational fibre exposure limits (0.1 fibre/cc)

🔍 EPSCO India has long advocated for safe asbestos practices, and we welcome this initiative as a critical leap forward.

💥 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐬. 🌊 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐬. 💸 𝐇𝐢𝐝𝐝𝐞𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐬.

India faces natural disasters worth billions in damages every year — yet most go uninsured.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐞?
These unaddressed losses drive up insurance premiums for everyone and disrupt businesses for weeks, sometimes months.

In contrast, countries like the US have structured restoration ecosystems to mitigate the impact quickly and efficiently.

It’s time we start talking about this silent crisis.

🔧 Restoration isn't optional — it's essential.
