अनीमिया - खून में हीमोग्लोबिन की कमी - Project Muskaan – Fight Anemia, Anemia Free India Initiative का, जो बिरहाना गाँव, मथुरा में १२/४/२०२५ को आयोजित किया गया।

इस कार्यक्रम का मुख्य उद्देश्य ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में अनीमिया अथवा रक्त/खून में हीमोग्लोबिन की कमी के बारे में जागरूकता फैलाना है, विशेष रूप से उन महिलाओं में, जो अक्सर सामाजिक, सांस्कृतिक और स्वास्थ्य संबंधी कारणों से कम जाँची जाती है, अनीमिया का उपचार करना है व अनीमिया को बढ़ने से रोकना है अंततः भारत को अनीमिया मुक्त राष्ट्र बनाना है ।

मैं बिरहाना गाँव के सभी लोगों का हृदय से आभार व्यक्त करता हूँ जिन्होंने प्रोजेक्ट मुस्कान के दौरान जाँच, मूल्यांकन और चिकित्सा परीक्षण के लिए हमें पूरा सहयोग दिया। ग्रामवासियों की इतनी बड़ी सहभागिता से ग्रामीण भारत में स्वास्थ्य जागरूकता और सक्रियता को एक नई दिशा मिली है। हमारा लक्ष्य: ग्रामीण महिलाओं के जीवन में स्वास्थ्य, खुशियाँ और एक मुस्कान (MUSKAAN) लाना।

भारत में अनीमिया अथवा खून में हीमोग्लोबिन की कमी एक अत्यंत सामान्य, आसानी से संभाली जा सकने वाली लेकिन लगातार अनदेखी की जाने वाली समस्या है। इस परियोजना को सफल बनाने में हमारी फील्ड टीम, गाँव के लोग, स्वयंसेवक, दानदाता, लैब टीम और सभी सम्मानित सहयोगियों का अतुलनीय योगदान रहा। जागरूकता फैलाने से लेकर सैंपल कलेक्शन, परीक्षण, रिपोर्ट मूल्यांकन, दवाइयों की व्यवस्था और वितरण तक—हर कदम पर सभी ने सहयोग किया।

यह एक बड़े बदलाव की शुरुआत है। आइए मिलकर एक ANEMIA-FREE INDIA की दिशा में आगे बढ़ें। अगर भारत पोलियो मिटा सकता है, तो अनीमिया अथवा खून में हीमोग्लोबिन की कमी भी समाप्त कर सकता है। आइए, मिलकर यह बदलाव लाएँ!
