Patient reported with forwardly placed teeth to our clinic.
Four premolar teeth were extracted to created space for pulling the teeth backwards!
At the end of 14 months , significantly good results were achieved!

Patient reported with a midline diastema and a slight open bite . Metal brackets were used and the spaces were closed with elastics.

18yr old patient was undergoing orthodontic treatment in our clinic which lasted for almost 2years.Due to lack of oral hygiene,patient developed class3 and class5 caries in upper anteriors..also demineralisation was seen all over.Teeth were restored again by anterior Composite restorations and necessary oral hygeine was maintained.Post treatment care is a must in such cases.

So a twinblock orthopedic appliance was given for a period of 8months and her lower jaw was brought forward gradually,which was followed by fixed orthodontic braces treatment.
