Ingredients
Chhole sabji • Chickpeas-30 gm • Onion-40 gm • Tomato-40 gm • Green chilli-as per taste • Garlic-1 tsp • Cumin seeds-1/4 tsp • Turmeric-1/4 th tsp • Salt-as per taste • Coriander leaves- for Garnish • Cinnamon stick-1 inch • Bay leaves-1
Cooking method 1-Wash and soak chickpeas overnight. 2-Next morning wash it add it a bowl, add water, cinnamons stick, bay leaves, turmeric, and salt. 3-Cook it until 3 whistles came. 4-Take a pan add all the veggies, wen onion tomato cooked add cooked chickpeas and mix well. 5-Cover it and cook for 5 min then add coriander leaves. 6-Chhole is ready to serve.
Masala roti • Ata-30 gm • Paneer-20gm • Pumpkin-3 spoons • Coriander leaves-1 tsp • Turmeric-1/4 th tsp • Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp • Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp • Salt-as per taste Cooking method 1- Wash and great pumpkin and paneer, add all ingredients in a bowl. 2-Mix well. 3-Roll it and cook on both sides. 4-Add few drops of ghee. 5-Masala roti is ready to serve.
