Mulund Riders launched Mahakumbh, an 11-month team based fitness program for members of their WhatsApp group on April 1, 2025. The challenge promotes daily physical activity such as walking, running, cycling, or swimming, with monthly targets and surprise challenges that offer opportunities to earn bonus points.

Participants are divided into four teams of 78 each, formed through capability mapping and a lottery system. Each team is identified by a color (Blue, Red, Orange, Yellow) and led by a Captain and two mentors from the core team.

The focus at the individual level is on maintaining consistency and staying active through any preferred activity.

Alongside Mahakumbh, a wellness initiative has been introduced to track physical and emotional health. A team of doctors will conduct periodic screenings to monitor participants' health throughout the program.
