Kabhi diet change kiya.
Kabhi medicines li.
Kabhi intense workouts try kiye.

Aur phir bhi lagta hai…
kuch bhi stable nahi ho raha.

Kabhi weight suddenly badh jata hai.
Kabhi periods delay ho jaate hain.
Kabhi skin ya hair issues start ho jaate hain.

Aur honestly, it can feel exhausting.

PCOS journey mein bahut women yeh cycle experience karti hain:

• new diet start karo
• medication try karo
• results ka wait karo
• phir confusion wapas aa jata hai

Lekin kabhi kabhi problem effort ki nahi hoti.
Approach ki hoti hai.

Hormones ko balance hone ke liye rhythm chahiye.

Body ko signals milne chahiye ki ab safe hai slow down karne ke liye.

Isliye gentle practices jaise:

Bahut baar jab women PCOS ke saath struggle kar rahi hoti hain, toh unhe sirf ek hi cheez sunne ko milti hai.
“Periods irregular hain.”
Bas. Aur discussion wahi khatam.

Lekin PCOS usse kaafi zyada hota hai.

Kabhi kabhi women mujhe bolti hain,
“Ma’am mujhe samajh hi nahi aa raha meri body mein ho kya raha hai.”

Aur honestly, woh feeling bilkul valid hai.

PCOS ke saath aksar yeh bhi hota hai:

• sudden weight gain, especially belly fat
