As a young girl Vedika always sat huddled up in a corner, carrying a heavy school bag, keeping to herself. Her childhood influences developed her posture into a rounded hu**ed back. Today she stands confident and beautifully tall, free to express herself and enjoy her journey because she has reversed the damage and gained great postural health!
Help me help others spreading this awareness with postural education that was never given to anyone in school. Most postural habits develop for us in our childhood days and we live a lifetime with imbalances and deformities without even knowing the ill effects it has on our body and health.
