Kinetic Living Kinetic Living is an alternative approach to fitness to energize first, the body and subsequently, th FEEL ALIVE.

Kinetic Living workouts use modified exercises from Calisthenics, Kettle bells, Pilates, Yoga and Cardio drills to get fit from within. The aim is to move out of your comfort zone with emphasis on quality of movement, not calories spent. If you're looking for a quick fix, this may not be for you.
