Intense itching all over the body with a fine, grainy, red rash on the body could be a sign of prickly heat. Drink plenty of water, take frequent cold showers. Use a prickly heat powder. Do not scratch or the itch worsens. If possible, using an airconditioner.
Scratching may also lead to further infection.
